Contract Structural Engineer required by Birmingham (West Midlands) based civil and structural engineering consultancy.
Working in small project teams, your main role will be to assist or prepare comprehensive structural design packages for all stages of a scheme development. Projects vary in size and complexity for residential, commercial and industrial clients. This is an established player offering a relaxed, friendly and professional work environment.
Contract Structural Engineer experience:
- Proven experience working in consultancy.
- Fully conversant with current codes, standards and responsibilities.
- Carry out technical design reviews/critiques of projects in process.
- Assist in the mentoring and development of more junior structural engineers.
